What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at ELMNT, LLC?
I’m looking for someone who has experience being an executive assistant or personal assistant to CEO/entrepreneur/business owners. I own an e-commerce supplement brand and am a top 1% Amazon seller, I’ve built and sold multiple 7-8 figure brands and do a lot of investments, so if you’re wanting to get experience in any of those areas this could be a pretty good opportunity.
I need someone who has the following traits. I am not expecting you to be able to do these right away, but this is what i will be looking for during the first month working together to determine if it is a good fit and if we can work together longterm:
- Problem Solving: this is the most important - I need someone who can oversee and carry out complex/multi-step tasks that require thinking and problem solving beyond the original instructions i give. I need someone I can hand over tasks to, projects/predicaments/problems that arise and trust they will be take care of it and see it through to completion. It is 100% ok if you need to ask questions, suggestions, etc to get it done, it’s just the act of me needing to follow-up to ensure things get done is what will kill the relationship.
- Pro-Active Task Management/Execution: someone who can learn my schedule, needs, proceedures and ongoing tasks and predict what needs to be done before me having to assign them to you — specifically with ongoing deliverables (some listed below)
My life/work is quite complex, this will not be a “just show up” job. It will require you to learn how to operate like an entrepreneur and pay will be based on task efficiency not hours. So again, if you’re wanting to start your own business, learn how to make money online, marketing, investing, wealth building, etc. this is a very rare opportunity and if you’re good (ie. able to take things off my plate and reduce my stress/workload), I am willing to pay you quite well for the amount of hours it will require. You will have full autonomy to fit this job into your current life as it will be almost entirely remote as well as project/task based vs. hourly.
Main highlights:
- Part Time: 5-15hrs/week (note: the more efficient you get at completing tasks, the less hours you’ll work for the same pay)
- Full Autonomy: 99% remote - will only require in person 1-2x a month at my office in Provo for planning/reporting every once in a while when I need you to run an errand around town (shipping packages/etc), or when there are maintenance/repairs needed at one of my renal properties in Ut county (not to do the repair, but to inspect it and coordinate w. handyman see it through)
- Pay between $800-$1600/month — will be determined after one month working together to see how much work you end up taking on
Examples of work youd be doing:
- Assisting me with managing rental properties - repairs, inspections, tenant move out, finding new tenants etc. (not legally responsible for rental properties/tenants)
- Work with my accountant and bookkeeper to stay up to date on taxes, communications, etc.
- Email inbox — inbox monitoring & daily reporting to me what need action from me, what you can take care of etc.
