Engage customers online, on the phone, and in the showroom
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
Build value in Ford products, technology, and ownership benefits
Set and manage appointments to create consistent opportunity
Follow up with prospects using calls, texts, emails, and video
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
