Responsibilities
Experience in automotive service advising is highly preferred.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally on the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns to technicians
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status and timelines
- Upsell recommended maintenance and services based on vehicle needs
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely repairs
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computers and dealership software (Xtime, DriveCentric, or similar is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
