What You’ll Do
Digital Strategy & Experience Planning
- Develop digital strategies and tactical plans for destination programs and campaigns across website, app, and online store.
- Act as the strategic partner for assigned programs—ensuring business goals translate into impactful digital experiences.
- Create journey maps, SEO plans, personalization strategies, and page frameworks.
- Review performance data to extract insights and drive ongoing optimization.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and define testing strategies (A/B, personalization, usability).
- Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.
- Lead digital activation for campaign pages, app updates, and store experiences.
- Manage digital proofs, coordinate feedback, and conduct thorough QA before launch.
- Drive launch readiness meetings, identify risks, and ensure smooth deployments.
- Monitor live experiences and partner with teams to quickly resolve issues.
- Analyze web/app/store performance to uncover friction points and opportunities.
- Champion guest-first journeys and recommend enhancements based on behavior and insights.
- Evolve templates, playbooks, and frameworks to align with new platform capabilities.
- Support ongoing iteration via retrospectives and performance reviews.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications Planning, Content, and Technology teams.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks clearly and proactively.
- Represent DCXE in integrated campaign planning and cross-team forums.
- Support workflow improvements and contribute to teamwide best practices.
- Serve as subject matter expert across assigned initiatives.
- Model inclusive, collaborative behaviors and support a positive, high-performance culture.
- Participate in EHS responsibilities and perform additional duties as assigned.
