What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Aftersales Specialist position at ektello?
Hiring a Aftersales Specialist to provide support for the US Sales Operations team specific to Aftersales Strategy. This role has multiple elements to it and requires coordination within Regions/Field Teams and Suppliers. The individual must have both strong communication and analytical/reporting skills.
• Aftersales Dealer and Field Support:
o Consultation/Resolution focused on Aftersales specific initiatives supporting non- Field and 360 Multi-Point Dealers
o Facilitates and Presents Training with new Aftersales Field along with HQ SME support
• Aftersales Launch Readiness:
o Updating the Regional Service Teams on TAC AC Cases, Shipments, Connected Services Deactivations and Summarizing New/Recent Changes
o Continuous BFU Certification support (addition and removals) through GM Retail Support and GM Global Warranty
• Readiness:
o Assisting in the Organization and Operationalizing of the Technician Training and Engagement
• Roadside, Mobile Services, and Pick Up & Delivery:
o Support program needs of Program Teams, and Suppliers
o Supports the program updates through Suppliers: Equipment, Tools, Vehicles, and Decals
o Manages the Enrollment and Activation of Dealers new to the Program (Paperwork/Dealer Follow Up
Required Qualifications:
- Communication is the largest part of this role!
- Competency in Microsoft will help
- Be able to break hard news and have hard discussions.
- Analytical Skills
Requirements:
- 2 -3 years automotive experience. (ANY auto experience works)
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred – not required for the right experience
