Talent Acquisition Coordinator
W2 contract, min of 6 months** Target $25-28/hr
As our client expands their Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, they are in pursuit of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who echoes their aspirations and is dedicated to offering a world-class experience for our software candidates. Your alliance with their Recruitment Leads and Partners will be instrumental in curating a distinguished candidate experience marked by precision and discernment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams.
- Serve as the point of contact on interview days, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onsite experience.
- Provide top-notch candidate care, delivering timely and accurate responses to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Prepare and support documentation required for the interview process when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage candidate trackers and pre-employment results, leveraging Excel and Workday dashboards.
- Communicate challenges or potential issues to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- 1 years of experience in a formal business setting/office setting
- Experience in recruiting support encompassing interview orchestration
- Mastery over Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Unwavering attention to detail complemented by the capability to operate in a dynamic setting.
- Acumen to assimilate new recruiting methodologies and tools swiftly.
- Stellar customer service acumen, both in written and oral communications.
- Robust administrative expertise working with multiple stakeholders including executives and their admins.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (particularly Workday)
- Highest Level of Education: Bachelor’s in human resources.
- Minimum years of Experience: If a candidate does not have a bachelor’s degree, the candidate will need 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
