Been a restaurant GM, AGM, chef, or multi-unit leader, and you’re done with nights, weekends, and holidays on the floor? I was too. I built a remote recruiting desk placing hospitality leaders, and I’m looking for Texas pros who want to do the same.
The deal:
- 100% remote, work your own hours
- Uncapped commission: you get paid for what you place, no ceiling

What you’ll do:
- Find and recruit restaurant and hotel leaders (GMs, AGMs, chefs, directors)
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Run searches from first call to placed hire
- Work your own desk on your own schedule, with training and a team to back you up
Who we want:
- Based in Texas, with restaurant or hotel leadership experience
- You run your own desk, and we train and support you along the way
- You can spot a great GM or chef fast and communicate well by phone and in writing
- Recruiting experience is a plus, not required
What to know up front: This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor role. It includes 2 weeks of training in Sarasota, FL (travel and lodging at your own expense) and a $300-$500 monthly advertising budget for your desk. We’re upfront so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
