Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and management staff.

• Manage the restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience; high-volume experience required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees and managers.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing a restaurant P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality.
