What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant Manager:

·        Experience: 2- 3 years of current hands-on management experience in a full-service or high-volume fast-casual restaurant with fresh prep experience.

·        Passion for perfect food and service: A commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience with a focus on great food and service.

·        Team Development: Ability to lead and develop a strong team.

·        Sales building and cost control: Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

·        Lead and inspire: Manage all teams and work seamlessly with both service and kitchen staff.
