Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and hospitality
• Support scheduling, labor management, and operational performance
• Deliver an excellent guest experience while fostering a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience
• Full-service restaurant experience; casual dining experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality
• Motivated to grow with an expanding restaurant brand
