Director of Marketing for restaurant and bar

About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth for a popular bar and restaurant in the Denver area! In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, harness data-driven insights, and foster innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, expanding our reach, and achieving measurable business results through impactful marketing efforts.

Director of Marketing Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Develop and refine all websites for the company
• Design and creation of graphics creatives
• Create all in-house marketing materials and menus for multiple concepts
• Be a liaison and communicator between all outside advertising and marketing outlets for the company
• Create outside promotions/assets/creative
• Lead the charge in brand refinement both in the venue and with outside consistent marketing messaging
• Maintain a 90-day marketing calendar with weekly updates and present during the weekly marketing meeting.
• Create posts for all social media outlets and post each week based on current marketing goals
• Attend weekly manager’s meeting to update operations team on marketing minutes

Director of Marketing Skills Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields and/or 4-5 years of proven experience in managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in SEO, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
• Expertise in multichannel marketing including digital channels such as social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and print advertising.
• Skilled in content creation including writing compelling copy and designing visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategies through analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of social media and trends within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of HTML basics for web content management is preferred.
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments with a focus on demand generation and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing diverse teams across multiple projects while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Excellent research skills combined with strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the market landscape.
