An exceptional luxury hotel in downtown Chicago is seeking an experienced Director of Outlets to lead its restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining operations.

This is an opportunity for a polished, hands-on hospitality leader who understands elevated service, thrives in a luxury environment, and knows how to balance exceptional guest experiences with strong financial performance.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, develops great teams, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals while building a culture of accountability and exceptional service.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, beverage controls, and overall outlet profitability.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain outstanding food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, menu initiatives, and local market engagement.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership, sales, and events teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant group, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets or high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, labor controls, and cost management.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Experience with luxury service standards and elevated guest expectations.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 to $90,000
