Our client, the U.S.’s largest Commercial Real Estate Services Firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support a commercial real estate brokerage team in Miami, FL. This full-time 2-month contract role is ideal for a highly creative, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with numbers while producing polished marketing materials.
The ideal candidate has strong Adobe InDesign experience and thrives in a fast-paced brokerage environment where professionalism, dependability, and precision are critical. This role works on-site Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up with brokers and support active listings and deal activity
• Create and update Offering Memorandums (OMs) and tour books
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
• Order and coordinate property signage
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client marketing materials
• Actively utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (approximately 80% of the role)
• Format financial information and property details into visually compelling presentations
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
• Provide general brokerage and marketing support as needed
Required Experience:
• 3 years of experience in a Marketing, brokerage, or coordination role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
• Professional communication skills and polished demeanor
• High level of attention to detail
• Dependable and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Creative mindset with strong formatting and layout skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
• High School Diploma required
Preferred Experience:
• Previous commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
