What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Analyst position at Educated Solutions Corp?
ESC has an exciting opportunity for two Supply Chain Analysts to support our premier client’s Worldwide Returns and ecommerce team. The role starts as an 11-month contract working hybrid (4 days onsite) in Bellevue, WA.
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:
• Conduct weekly labor planning for sites and network
• Develop hiring plans and variable labor plans
• Perform labor planning bridging
• Generate weekly reporting on site execution, execution to plan, and labor plan accuracy performance
• Bridge network performance to leadership
Basic Qualifications
• 5 years of supply chain experience
• 5 years of logistics experience
• 3 years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
• Experience using prompt engineering and an ability to effectively interact with AI systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
