Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Coordinator to support project operations within a corporate environment in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This 3-month contract role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong administrative and analytical skills, experience supporting project teams, and the ability to manage data and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Job Description:
• Support project management teams with administrative and operational tasks across the project lifecycle
• Request, compile, and provide reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain and update project policies, procedures, and directives within operations manuals
• Serve as a systems administrator for project tracking tools, project websites, and job cost accounting systems
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to performance reports and project data
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of project administrative practices and compliance standards
• Support project close-out activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
• Act as a liaison between project teams and technical support teams for system-related issues
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and integrity of project documentation and reporting
Must Have Qualifications:
• 3–4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles
• Strong understanding of project processes, systems, and administrative workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
• High school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience working with project tracking systems or job cost accounting tools
• Experience supporting large-scale or multiple concurrent projects
• Exposure to commercial real estate, construction, or facilities environments
