ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support a cutting-edge robotics and deployment operations team within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment in North Reading, MA. The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in managing deployment order workflows, supporting site readiness, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end deployment order processes, including material requisitions, order tracking, and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure site health readiness and successful deployments
• Analyze and resolve Equipment Install Plan (EIP) and Sales Order (SO) mismatches
• Troubleshoot customer tickets, system issues, and supply gaps to ensure timely resolution
• Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs and SLAs, including on-time delivery and deployment readiness
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reduce costs, and streamline workflows
• Develop and maintain internal documentation for training, processes, and system references
• Analyze trends and performance data to recommend and execute process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally to support multiple deployment engineering projects simultaneously
• Support sustainability and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with supply chain leadership
Must Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or related field
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including order management and logistics coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into complex issues
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL for data analysis and modeling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results through stakeholder partnership
• Understanding of systems, configuration management, and operational workflows
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience supporting robotics, automation, or highly technical supply chain environments
• Background in deployment operations or large-scale infrastructure rollouts
