Supply Chain Program Manager – Robotics Supply Chain

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain initiatives across robotics and automation programs, partnering cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, product, engineering, logistics, and finance teams. This role focuses on balancing commercial and technical trade-offs to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience throughout the product lifecycle.

The position requires a self-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Success in this role depends on synthesizing data into actionable insights, influencing without direct authority, and maintaining ownership across all phases of supply chain execution.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations management
• Experience working with electromechanical commodities and global supply chains
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 5 years of relevant experience across multiple commodity categories
• Experience in robotics, automation, or technology-driven hardware industries
• Background in both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field)

Core Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain initiatives across product development and lifecycle phases
• Partner with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to drive execution
• Act as the single point of contact for supply chain decisions, progress updates, and program communication
• Provide input on supply chain implications of program decisions and changes
• Support financial planning and capital approval processes
• Develop data-driven recommendations by synthesizing inputs from:
• Sourcing
• Planning
• Logistics
• Engineering
• Finance
• Execute cost reduction roadmaps, including total cost of ownership (TCO):
• Spares and service
• Replacements
• Tariffs
• Logistics impacts
• Drive lead time optimization with clear reduction strategies and reporting
• Maintain ownership of supply chain requirements from general availability through end-of-life
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation of post-launch engineering changes (ECOs)
• Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence
