Experience Requirements
- 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations
- Experience working within global hardware or electromechanical supply chains
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience across multiple commodity categories
- Background in robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems
- Experience supporting both new product introduction (NPI) and sustained operations
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field)
- Part of a robotics supply chain organization supporting large-scale automation programs
- Focused on end-to-end supply chain strategy across multiple product lines
