Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all surfaces and fixtures.
• Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care to ensure spotless surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures for safety.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and heavy lifting; manual handling skills are essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities.
• Be able to move up and down stairs with 50lbs.

Pay: $11.15 - $12.00 per hour
