What you'll do
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to perfection.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events that require additional housekeeping support.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are stocked and in good working condition.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning practices, including floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
- Strong background in hotel or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable.
