Responsibilities

• Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, paying attention to detail in high-touch areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as appropriate.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests or residents, addressing any cleaning-related requests or concerns promptly.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting supplies as needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
