In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laundry services, ensuring that all laundry is washed, dried, and folded to meet our standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by keeping parking lots, break areas, and common areas tidy. Responsibilities
- Perform laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and garments efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all laundry tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet operational needs.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests or staff requesting laundry assistance or related inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness in parking lots, break areas, and common spaces to promote a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors and staff.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for laundry equipment and supplies.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Adhere to quality standards to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all laundered items.
Experience
- Previous experience in a laundry or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks such as lifting laundry loads and standing for extended periods.
