Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure accessibility and cleanliness at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any special cleaning needs or concerns
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all areas of the property
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory tracking and scheduling support

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and effective cleaning techniques
• Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing with precision
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics or specialized cleaning products
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
