Job Title: HR Generalist / HR Admin (Contract) – Onsite in Clinton, MA
Type: Full-time, Contract (through September 2026)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite
Pay Range: $27–$35/hr DOE

We’re partnering with a major global manufacturing company with a strong local footprint to bring on an on-site HR Generalist to support their Clinton, MA operations. This team supports a large 24/7 production environment, and they are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving setting where no two days look the same.
This is a great fit for someone with early HR experience looking to grow their skills, step into a busy environment, and be hands-on with people, processes, and daily HR support.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Lead the HR portion of weekly new hire orientation
*
Support onboarding paperwork, I-9 completion, document uploads, and file maintenance
*
Provide day-to-day employee support on topics like benefits access, system logins, and basic policy questions
*
Assist with offboarding steps and collecting exit surveys
*
Pull HR reports (weekly, monthly, and daily) and support routine HR transactions
*
Support site engagement activities and small event coordination
*
Assist with special projects, including an upcoming I-9 audit and cleanup
What Makes You a Great Fit
*
1–2 years of HR experience (HR Assistant or early HR Generalist)
*
Strong communication and follow-through
*
Comfortable switching gears as priorities shift
*
Confidently supporting employees in person in a busy production setting
*
Experience with HR systems like Workday is a plus (not required)
