Job Description
The Warehouse/Integration Associate is responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with warehouse and integration processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, independent problem-solving skills, and frequent collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
*
Fulfill orders from stored inventory while meeting customer requirements and delivery commitments
*
Ship orders on time and complete all required documentation accurately
*
Communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and planners regarding fulfillment issues or concerns
*
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and products
*
Ensure all documentation (packing lists, labels, travelers, etc.) is complete and processed correctly
*
Maintain and update inventory records as required
*
Identify, investigate, and participate in process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency
Expectations & Competencies
*
Work on complex problems requiring independent judgment and decision-making
*
Determine best courses of action, solve problems, and recommend improvements
*
Develop a solid understanding of server components and parts
*
Gain in-depth knowledge of WHS and integration processes
*
Demonstrate creativity when identifying solutions and addressing challenges
*
Act as an informal team lead when needed, coaching and supporting less experienced team members
*
Collaborate frequently with management, integration teams, and cross-functional partners including Supply Planning, Inventory Control, Engineering, Production, and Outbound
*
Serve as a point of contact and coordinate efforts across departments to ensure efficiency
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and specific visual acuity for final inspections
