POSITION SUMMARY
The Golf Course Laborer provides a variety of golf course lawn maintenance tasks as assigned by management, and performs related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Anticipates and performs needed lawn maintenance on the greens, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Uses and operates hand and power tools.
- Repairs and maintains related equipment.
- Ability to perform a wide range of physical and manual tasks in an outdoor environment under a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- General lawn maintenance experience required.
- Previous golf course maintenance experience preferred.
Other Requirements
- Ability to operate riding mowers.
- Work weekends is a must

The Golf Course Laborer works outside and indoors throughout the day, usually around moderate to loud noises and machinery. Working weekends and holidays.
