Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will play a key part in our manufacturing operations—supporting product assembly, quality assurance, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure all products meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
- Follow daily production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet output goals.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods during shifts.
