Manufacturing Associate – Job Description
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations by assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring production efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, package, and label products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow daily production schedules and supervisor instructions
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
