Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Overview
A growing manufacturing team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to support the build and testing of electrical components and systems. This role is responsible for wiring, assembling, and inspecting electrical units to ensure they meet all quality, safety, and performance requirements. Candidates should have hands-on electrical assembly experience and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems following schematics, drawings, and written work instructions
• Perform wiring tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and connecting wires to specification
• Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to complete accurate, high-quality assemblies
• Conduct functional testing and inspections using an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or assembly issues collaboratively with the team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures for electrical materials and equipment

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electrical wiring practices and assembly techniques
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Skilled in soldering and use of standard electrical hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
