Overview
A growing manufacturing team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly and fabrication of mechanical components and systems. This hands-on role involves working with blueprints, tools, and precision measuring equipment to produce high-quality, accurate builds. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a production or assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments to complete accurate assembly work
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications
• Work with team members to identify and resolve assembly issues and improve processes
• Safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts (training available)
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment and follow all company safety policies

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with understanding of mechanical systems and assembly practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient with precision tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or in a team
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to complete training)
