We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining various industrial machines to produce high-quality parts and products. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mechanical production machines
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance
- Load raw materials and unload finished products
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
