You’ll be joining at an early, defining moment. This is an intense, hands-on, strategic marketing leader role with full ownership of the marketing function end-to-end.
As our Head of Marketing you will drive consistent pipeline growth across key verticals by scaling multi-channel marketing. Drive MQLs, build brand equity and accelerate buyers conversion through the sales funnel with targeted content, paid programs, and website optimization/CRO.
What You’ll Do
- Own the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy to execution
- Build and grow our brand in the market, defining positioning and messaging
- Drive consistent pipeline growth across key verticals
- Create targeted content, run paid programs, and optimize our website
- Generate qualified leads and accelerate buyers through the funnel
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership
What Sets You Up for Success
- 6 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in high-growth startups
- Experience scaling marketing through rapid growth phases (Series A → Series D)
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and competitive positioning
- Hands-on experience in multi-channel campaigns, demand generation, and content marketing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation
- Equity compensation: $200,000
- Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000
- In-person teamwork at our 7 WTC HQ
