Your role
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing who thrives on execution. You’ll own Fairmint’s marketing engine end-to-end - campaigns, launches, channels, analytics, and community growth.
Your mission: turn the onchain equity category into mainstream adoption by delivering results you can measure.
This role is built for a marketing operator who can both strategize and execute - building playbooks, shipping campaigns, optimizing funnel performance, and leading a lean, senior team that knows how to move fast and hit targets.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the PR & Communication team to ensure our message converts - not just resonates.
What you'll own
- Build, test, and scale Fairmint’s demand generation and user acquisition strategy for both founders and investors
- Lead product marketing for the Investor App and Captable platform, including positioning, messaging, and launch execution
- Own all marketing operations - CRM, analytics, campaign tracking, and marketing stack optimization
- Manage growth channels (email, SEO, community, social, paid, partnerships) with a focus on performance metrics
- Design and run launch playbooks for product releases, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships
- Collaborate with the CCO to align storytelling with performance marketing, ensuring consistent voice and measurable impact
- Hire, mentor, and manage a small team across content, growth, and design focused on speed and precision
- Track KPIs and own the marketing funnel - awareness, activation, engagement, and retention
What we're looking for
- 4 years in marketing leadership roles at fintech, SaaS, or web3 companies
- Proven record of executing data-driven campaigns that drive growth and adoption
- Deep understanding of founder and investor acquisition funnels
- Hands-on operator - comfortable working directly with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, GA4, and campaign dashboards
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Native-level English and ability to write sharp, high-converting copy
- Must be based on the US East Coast (NYC preferred) and authorized to work in the US.
