Arctive Solutions is currently partnered with a leading Digital Health start-up on a mission to drive innovation in world health through digital health and employee wellbeing platforms. My Clients Headquarters are NYC based and they are looking for a tried and tested B2B marketing leader to join the team and help expand their presence and efforts across North America. With customers across 150 countries, and a rapidly expanding team, my client is in a high growth phase and going from strength to strength.
The Role
We’re hiring a Global Marketing Lead to accelerate growth across our Healthtech and Employee Wellbeing divisions. Based in their New York office, you’ll define ICPs, run high-impact campaigns, and collaborate with Sales and Product to build a predictable, scalable pipeline. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Co-Founder in New York as well as the wider leadership team, giving you significant opportunity for growth, impact, and visibility.
This is a strategic, hands-on role — ideal for a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience (healthtech or wellbeing preferred)
- Proven success in driving MQL/SQL pipeline and demonstrating ROI
- Hands-on experience with ABM, paid media, and content-driven demand generation
- Experience working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with regulated or complex audiences (clinical, HR, insurance)
- A holistic marketing mindset, balancing strategy, execution, and optimisation
- Strong exposure to B2B marketing within a high growth telehealth environment
