POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Coordinator is an hourly role requiring a combination of technical expertise, planning skills, attention to detail, storeroom organization, and the ability to work closely with the maintenance technicians.

LOCATION: The position is located at DrinkPAK's facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPE: Full-time, Hourly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Confirming that the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Work Order (WO) portion of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is up to date and reflecting the necessary maintenance requirements of our equipment.
- Use CMMS to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance history, meter readings, measurement points.
- Confirming that all equipment and machinery is maintained to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and serviced to extend its useful life and maximize its performance.
- Weekly reporting to maintenance manager of PM and WO completion percentage and calling out any critical gaps.
- Work closely with the maintenance technicians to identify needs and source, parts, supplies, and materials required, to maintain and repair equipment and facilities.
- Research and find necessary parts based on PM or WO.
- Submit Purchase Order (PO) or send parts quote to Purchasing Manager for final purchasing.
- Utilize best fix parts sourcing to timely repair while being cost conscious.
- Closely work with the Purchasing Manager to monitor the timely delivery of required parts and identify and report out any risks due to delayed delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical parts and supplies to ensure that they are adequate to meet the needs of the factory.
- Ensure accurate inventory and accountability of parts room items.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) in the parts room.
- Work with the maintenance team to identify critical spare parts and ensure that they are always in stock. Adjust spare parts minimum and maximums to based on usage, parts availability, shipping time and re-stock time.
- Create, update and verify PM’s meet maintenance requirements for proper line operation.
- Assign submitted work requests to maintenance technicians as work orders. Ensure timely completion of date is assigned depending on the severity and sensitivity of the work.
- Receive and verify all maintenance related items shipped in from outside vendors, suppliers, OEMs are inventoried and received as ordered. Follow up on any missing items.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a food and beverage factory.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with purchasing software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
