Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Our client, a well-established company located on the near west side, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join their office operations team. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position Overview:
This role supports daily office operations through a variety of administrative and reception responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks including word processing, document formatting, document production, record retention, filing, and proofreading
- Provide front desk reception coverage, including answering and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing labels and envelopes for daily distribution
- Operate the postage machine and manage certified and express mail
- Arrange courier services as needed
- Maintain organized records and support overall office workflow
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Access, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment
