We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to drive organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership teams to enable sustainable change, improve performance, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies especially within marketing organizations.
๐น Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management strategies for large-scale initiatives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present insights to stakeholders
- Develop and implement change plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement models
- Partner with senior leadership to address organizational development and behavioral change challenges
- Drive culture transformation initiatives and improve workforce adaptability
- Create and deliver communication plans, training materials, and adoption strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams and support transformation involving marketing tools
- Ensure smooth implementation and sustained adoption of change initiatives
๐น Required Skills
- 6 years of experience in Change Management / Organizational Development
- Strong expertise in Strategic Planning & Execution
- Proven experience in Change Management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)
- Excellent skills in Communication Development & Delivery
- Experience working with Marketing teams and tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership advisory skills
- Ability to analyze organizational readiness and drive actionable insights
๐น Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital or marketing transformation programs
- Certification in Prosci or similar Change Management methodology
- Exposure to enterprise-level transformation initiatives
