We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst / Database Administrator (DBA) to support and maintain critical court systems, including Case Management, Jury Management, and Customer Queuing Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database management, reporting, and system support, along with exposure to project coordination/management.

- Case Management System
- Jury Management System
- Customer Queuing System
- Perform database administration, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain reports using:
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Crystal Reports
- Troubleshoot system and database-related issues
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of court data processing systems
- Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking (scope, timeline, budget)
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates
- Evaluate vendor proposals and support implementation of third-party solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability
- Experience as IT Analyst / DBA / Systems Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL Server / Database Management
- SSRS / Crystal Reports
- Good understanding of database design, structures, and performance tuning
- Exposure to project management methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Court / Government systems
- Knowledge of ETL tools (SSIS)
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience working with vendors and external partners
