We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Data Governance Specialist to drive data quality, governance, and strategic decision-making across end-to-end retail supply chain operations. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and deep domain expertise.

- Ensure high data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Partner with business and technical teams to define data standards and governance frameworks
- Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights for business improvement
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- 15 years of experience in data governance/data stewardship within retail supply chain
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Procurement, Planning, Logistics)
- Expertise in data modeling and metadata management
- Experience with data governance and data quality platforms (ATLAN is a plus)
- Solid understanding of retail inventory and supply chain data structures
- Hands-on or working knowledge of SQL and data profiling techniques (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience with AI-driven process automation/agents is a plus
- Lean / Six Sigma experience is an added advantage
