This Global Retail Company leader has an immediate long-term contract opportunity in San Francisco, CA for Change Management Consultant.

Job Description
As a Senior Change Management Lead, you will oversee strategic initiatives focused on driving cultural transformation by enhancing leaders' abilities to lead sustainable performance and organizational improvement. You will play a critical role in advising senior leaders on organizational development and behavioral change initiatives and guiding the successful roll-out of change strategies within marketing and data-driven environments. This position will have you interfacing with high-level stakeholders to influence lasting change across teams and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee organizational change management activities to drive sustainable culture changes and performance improvements.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present clear findings and actionable recommendations to project teams and senior leadership.
- Advise executive-level stakeholders on organizational development and behavioral change issues critical to project success.
- Develop and implement robust communication strategies for change initiatives.
- Lead process change and data management projects, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate the transition from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Zeta Platform, collaborating with teams throughout the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ experience leading change management initiatives, preferably with experience in the retail industry or consulting environments (e.g., Accenture or Deloitte).
- Deep expertise in strategic planning, change management, and communications development.
- Prior experience working within or alongside marketing organizations; familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is essential.
- Experience with Zeta Platform and/or transitioning from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Zeta preferred.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Strong track record of managing data-driven projects and maintaining strong company relationships.
- Excellent presentation, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
