What you’ll Do

As we accelerate our expansion into US health systems, we are looking for a commercially driven physician leader to build and scale strategic partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and academic medical centres. This role sits at the intersection of commercial growth, clinical leadership, and healthcare technology - focused on embedding Doceree’s platform within complex provider environments at scale.

Health Systems represent a critical frontier in healthcare engagement, enabling meaningful, in-workflow interactions with clinicians across the care continuum. This role places you at the centre of that opportunity - owning enterprise partnerships that shape how healthcare professionals engage with information and make decisions across the US. This is a high-impact role combining end-to-end business development ownership, clinical leadership, and product influence - driving growth while shaping the future of healthcare communication.


Own End-to-End Health Systems Business Development

  • Build and own a strong pipeline of enterprise partnerships with health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centres across the US
  • Lead the full deal lifecycle from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and contract close
  • Structure and close complex commercial agreements including pilots, enterprise SaaS deals, revenue-share partnerships, and long-term integrations
  • Design and deliver compelling, clinically grounded pitches that connect Doceree’s platform to real-world workflows and patient impact
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, CIOs, VPs of Pharmacy Services, VPs of Clinical Operations, and other senior stakeholders)
  • Collaborate closely with product, legal, finance, and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy and enterprise messaging
  • Drive revenue growth and strategic expansion across priority US health system accounts


Serve as the Clinical Champion

  • Act as Doceree’s clinical voice in enterprise partner and market-facing engagements
  • Lead executive and clinical conversations with health system leadership, translating clinical realities into commercial value
  • Bridge the gap between internal teams and real-world provider workflows and constraints
  • Address questions around physician adoption, workflow integration, clinical relevance, and patient impact
  • Build credibility with clinical stakeholders and strengthen trust across complex provider organisations


Shape Product Roadmap & Health Systems Integration Strategy

  • Advise the product team on features critical for health system adoption, including EHR integration, clinical decision support (CDS), and in-workflow engagement
  • Translate partner and market insights into actionable product and integration requirements
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimise Doceree’s platform for health system environments
  • Validate new product concepts and enterprise use cases directly with customers
  • Ensure Doceree’s offering is optimised for seamless integration across diverse US provider settings



Who you are

  • MD (Doctor of Medicine) with active or recent clinical experience
  • Proven track record in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships within health tech, digital health, pharma, or medtech
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to own and close complex, enterprise-level deals
  • Experience engaging with health system leadership and navigating large, matrixed organisations
  • Existing relationships within IDNs, academic medical centres, or large physician groups strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of US healthcare systems, provider workflows, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent communicator, able to bridge clinical and commercial conversations effectively
  • Experience with or strong understanding of EHR systems, CDS tools, or healthcare IT ecosystems
  • Familiarity with physician engagement platforms, programmatic advertising, or healthcare marketing is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth environment
  • MBA or equivalent commercial training is a plus but not required
