What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Pharma Sales Executive, you will own and lead Doceree's direct-to-pharma enterprise partnerships. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on building deep, long-term partnerships with top global pharmaceutical brands, driving enterprise revenue, and helping shape our go-to-market market strategy as we scale. You'll be at the forefront of Doceree's growth - selling our breakthrough solutions including Point-of-Care (POC), Premium Programmatic and RepTwin - and positioning Doceree as the AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing.
- Lead and grow direct enterprise partnerships with top-tier global and regional pharmaceutical brands
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle ent-to-end: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and closing multi-six and seven-figure deals
- Develop and deepen strategic, executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across brand, digital, and commercial teams
- Drive new revenue while expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth
- Play a pivotal role in shaping Doceree's enterprise pharmaceutical GTM strategy, sales approach, and commercial positioning
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, performance, and client satisfaction
- Act as the voice of the customer - feeding market insights, competitive intelligence, and client needs back into product and strategy
- Consistently exceed revenue targets while helping scale Doceree's enterprise pharmaceutical business at a critical growth stage
Who You Are
- 10 years of experience selling digital advertising, media, or data solutions directly to enterprise pharmaceutical companies
- Proven track of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong existing relationships with senior pharma brand, digital, and commercial decision-makers
- Deep expertise in HCP digital marketing, healthcare media, programmatic advertising, and data-driven solutions
- Highly consultative seller with the ability to navigate long sales cycle and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strategic, commercially minded, and excited by real ownership - driving revenue, influencing strategy, and scaling a business
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
