What You'll Do
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Account Manager who uniquely blends strategic relationships management with strong technical expertise to join our Global Supply team. This role requires someone who can confidently own and grow high-value partnerships with our top-tier publishers and point-of-care partners, while also leading the technical onboarding, integrations, and ongoing optimisation of our platform.
You will serve as the critical link between our partners' business goal and the technical capabilities of Doceree's solutions - ensuring seamless implementations, strong adoption, and long-term growth.
- Account Management & Strategic Growth: build and maintain strong relationships with top partners, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand platform adoption
- Technical Onboarding & Integrations: lead end-to-end onboarding and integrations, including API setups, tagging, and troubleshooting, ensuring partners are fully operational from day one
- Ongoing Client Support & Optimisation: serve as the primary technical contact, monitor performance, and proactively address issues while guiding partners to maximise platform value
- Solution Demos & Enablement: conduct tailored demos that highlight both business value and technical capabilities, adapting to diverse partner audiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights: work with sales, product, engineering and customer success team to align on partner needs, report on account health, and provide feedback for product improvements
Who You Are
- 7 years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Publisher Operations, or a similar hybrid role, ideally within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Media space
- Rare combination of technical depth and relationship-building strength - comfortable managing strategic accounts while also leading hands-on technical work
- Strong experience working with top-tier publishers, SSPs, POC networks, and understanding their technical ecosystems
- Deep understanding of programmatic infrastructure, including ad serving, SSP/DSP integrations, APIs, data flows, and troubleshooting
- Natural communicator who can distill complex technical concept into clear, business-orientated discussions
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts, navigate technical challenges, and drive successful outcomes under tight timelines
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
