What you’ll Do
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Revenue Enablement Manager to support and scale our commercial teams across Sales and Customer Success. In this highly visible role, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enablement programs that will build team capability and productivity, drive product fluency, and customer impact across the full revenue lifecycle.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure our commercial teams are equipped with the tools, messaging, and insights needed to drive confident conversations, strong adoption, and long-term growth.
- Design and execute enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Translate product capabilities, performance data, and category insights into field-ready messaging, playbooks, and talk tracks
- Enable Sales teams to sell value and outcomes, and Customer Success teams to lead insight-driven conversations, QBRs, renewals, and expansion discussions
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, processes, and expectations across the customer lifecycle
- Develop scalable enablement assets including playbooks, templates, learning paths, and training sessions
- Support live deals and customer conversations with practical, real-world enablement
- Measure enablement effectiveness using data and feedback loops (e.g. Gong, win/loss insights, rep feedback)
- Champion a culture of learning, consistency, and continuous improvement across the GTM organisation
Who You Are
- 7 years of experience in an Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations or customer-facing GTM role
- Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles or enterprise customer relationships
- Proven storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable enablement
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments, exposure to Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Digital Health or AdTech is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, HighSpot, HubSpot, or similar enablement platforms
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
