In Home Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare settings such as Level II trauma centers, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or post-acute care. The caregiver will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering attentive, respectful, and professional assistance tailored to their unique needs. Candidates with experience in geriatrics, medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, or sub-acute care are highly valued. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
• Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client condition promptly
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments or errands when necessary

Pay: $21.00 - $25.29 per hour
