Position Summary
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping, receiving, and related ERP activities at Diversatek Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI. This role is the primary operator of Infor SyteLine for warehouse transactions, including maintaining pick workbench and pick maintenance, monitoring inventory, and managing the shipment master to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment in a regulated medical device environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and ready to take ownership of data integrity, documentation, and coordination with the distribution team and leadership.
Preferred Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; OR associate’s degree plus 4 years of relevant shipping/receiving or distribution experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles, including at least 2 years in a coordinator or lead capacity.
- Hands-on experience with ERP shipping/receiving and inventory transactions (Infor SyteLine strongly preferred).
- Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharma, healthcare, food, or other FDA/ISO-regulated industry).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation; proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse technology; strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Syteline & Clerical ERP Tasks
· Monitor Pick Workbench to identify low inventory, create and track transfer orders, and coordinate with Receiving and Purchasing when open POs exist for low-on-hand purchased items.
· Generate and manage pick lists (e.g., general and bougie picks) and oversee Pick Maintenance to ensure orders are picked in sequence, unlock locked picks, and resolve incomplete or stuck orders.
· Monitor the Shipment Master to ensure orders ship on time, avoid skipping orders, verify picks are fully confirmed, and prepare accurate shipping documentation (packing slips, LTL/routed freight paperwork, international order packets).
Shipping & Receiving Coordination
· Execute shipping and receiving transactions in Infor SyteLine, including picking, packing, customer order shipping, PO receipts, RMAs, transfer orders, and authorized adjustments.
· Verify order picking accuracy (item, lot, quantity) before shipment, especially for international and LTL/routed freight orders; audit documents (packing lists, BOLs) against system data.
· Coordinate daily shipping and receiving priorities with Customer Service, Planning, Production, and carriers to support on-time, in-full performance.
Communication, Accuracy & Support
· Communicate status and issues related to picks, shipments, and inventory discrepancies to the distribution team and leadership; help troubleshoot and resolve problems.
· Maintain organized, clean, and properly labeled dock and storage areas; participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
· Support training of warehouse associates on scanners, labeling, and basic SyteLine transaction steps; serve as a resource for dock-related system questions.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Use hands and arms to handle, move, scan, or label materials
- Routinely lift and move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment with background noise from equipment and activity
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $27–$33 per hour, based on education, experience, and demonstrated proficiency with Infor SyteLine or equivalent and shipping/receiving coordination in a regulated environment
