What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Manager position at Distinct | North America?
Tax Manager - Long Island ($140,000 to $175,000)
Small firm out of Long Island. Less than 10 people. Genuine Partner track. Current Partner is 63 and is wanting someone to hand over to in a few years.
Yes, it's a small Firm, but don't think 1040 sweatshop. These guys have complex clients. Bucket loads of mergers / PE activity in Public Accounting means they're mopping up clients from the big boys. You know, clients that like that personal level of service. They get that here.
You'll be joining as a high level, review focussed Tax Manager. 1040, 1120, 1065, 1120s.
Would suit someone who is lost in the shuffle in a Big Firm. Or someone with nowhere to go in a small set up.
