Established for 50 years in Sarasota with around 140 people across three offices.

Structured enough to support you. Small enough that you’re still visible.

The role

You’ll step into a position where you’re trusted to run things day to day.

Leading engagements

Reviewing returns

Supporting and developing junior staff

Speaking directly with clients

Working closely with Managers and Shareholders who are present and accessible

You’re not waiting for permission here.

You’re expected to take ownership.

The work covers a mix of individual and business tax, with enough complexity to keep you engaged and enough support to keep things manageable.

What they’re looking for

Around 5 years in public accounting

Strong tax fundamentals across individual and business work

CPA preferred, not essential

Someone ready to step up and take responsibility
