I'm recruiting for an Am Law 100 defense firm with offices in all 50 states. Their Baltimore office needs Transportation Litigation Attorneys. More than one.

• Clients are leading transportation and logistics companies.
• The work covers land, sea and air. Baltimore has a port, an airport and some of the busiest freight routes on the East Coast. It's a good city to have all three.
• You get in early. The firm advises clients while accidents and investigations are still unfolding, so you see the evidence while it's fresh.
• The ceiling is high. This group has taken client matters all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
• You run cases from inception, with minimal supervision.

The numbers

• They're hiring across levels, so the band is wide on purpose:
• Associates (1 to 6 years): $100,000 to $165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5 years): $140,000 to $215,000
• Partners (7 years): $190,000 to $275,000
• Discretionary and performance based bonuses
• Student loan repayment assistance
• Hybrid working

What you'll need

• Admission to the Maryland bar
• Ideally 3 to 7 years of litigation experience. Outside that range? They've said every level can apply, so call me.
• Sharp writing. You'll send a writing sample, so pick the brief you're proudest of.
• Trial experience helps. It isn't required.
