Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our legal team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will handle litigation matters, represent clients in court proceedings, and provide strategic legal counsel across various cases. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex legal matters and collaborate with knowledgeable professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Represent clients effectively in state and federal court proceedings, ensuring their legal interests are protected.
• Develop comprehensive case strategies by researching and analyzing applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision.
• Organize and prepare case files, evidence, and other materials required for court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation cases, offering support during trial preparation.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and explain legal processes in a clear manner.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience specializing in civil or commercial litigation.

• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents.

• Strong legal writing skills, capable of articulating complex concepts with clarity.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing litigation matters and delivering results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
